Days one and two

Day one really wasn't that bad.  I followed the meal plan.  I drank a ton of water to make up for the soda that I was craving.  I even checked in at the gym and took the 45 min long "core and more" class. The soda factor is really what hurt.


Day two is a completely different story!  I have the worst headache ever!  I'm not sure if it's the caffiene withdrawals or plummeting sugar levels but I am feeling it today.  My lunch was left out on the counter and un-edible so I've made it to 2:35 with my breakfast and snack.  I see bad food choices everywhere!  In the lounge, in my classroom, at the gas station.  It's killing me! Even foods that are bad that I would normally avoid with ease are calling my name.  Hopefully this goes away soon.

PS.  They aren't kidding when they say don't weigh in for the first 7 days.  It was heartbreaking.

Hopefully tomorrow will be better.
